Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain office floors, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing.
- Perform thorough workspace cleaning, including dusting, wiping down surfaces, and organizing spaces.
- Clean kitchens, wiping down surfaces, cleaning appliances, washing dishes, emptying trash, and restocking supplies.
- Sanitize restrooms by disinfecting sinks, toilets, mirrors, replenishing toiletries, and ensuring a hygienic environment.
- Regularly clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors to maintain a streak-free appearance.
- Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, and telephones.
- Perform spot cleaning on carpets as needed and arrange for deep cleaning periodically.
- Dust and clean office furniture (desks, chairs, tables, and shelves).
- Empty trash and recycling bins, properly disposing of waste and recyclable materials.
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies in kitchens and restrooms.
- Ensure safety by cleaning up spills and addressing hazardous materials promptly.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a clean, safe environment.
- Assist with laundry tasks, including washing, drying, ironing, and sorting linens (if required).
- Log and report any lost and found items.
- Maintain and organize cleaning equipment, ensuring tools are properly stored and in good condition.
- Report maintenance issues such as damaged furniture, equipment malfunctions, or plumbing issues to management.
- Provide periodic deep cleaning for carpets, upholstery, and other areas as needed.
- Ensure compliance with office cleaning standards and safety protocols.
